  1. Greetings, Dr. Bakker. Big fan- just ordered my first round of "Remove" and "Restore" and looking forward to giving it a try.

I've had an extremely disciplined diet for some time, and it's gotten more strict over the last couple years, to the point to where I was solely eating Fruits/Vegetables/Meat with little to no grains for the last few months. I'm worked at my sleep schedule, stress level, and even air/water quality, but no noticeable decrease in symptoms.

I'm very curious about testing for sensitivities, but I'm not sure how to find a practitioner near me, and I'm not sure what specific test I should be aiming for- is it the ELISA/ACT test, or specifically Igg4/IgE? I've tried to do my research but struggling a little- should I simply wait on the testing until I've done a month or two of your supplements?

Hope you are enjoying your retirement!
