There are so many different ways we can prepare and combine foods to boost the nutrition that we get from them! Learn about my top 5 ways to get more …

  1. Hello. It’s me, Miss Kadie, That Vegan Teacher. Just wanted to say hello to my fellow Canadian & let you know that I am enjoying your presentations! I did a review of your video on my channel and told everyone to follow you. The only thing I hope for, in each of your videos, is that you will mention factory farming and how ethically wrong it is to eat animals, in order to remind viewers that the it’s our moral responsibility to help them. Thanks for being vegan! I just subscribed. πŸ«πŸ‰πŸ“πŸ’πŸπŸŒπŸ†πŸ₯πŸ₯‘πŸ₯¦πŸ₯•

  2. Love the mushroom tip. So interesting! My husband is going to think I'm crazy when I'm putting our mushrooms out in the sun. πŸ˜‚ I take a turmeric/black pepper supplement but its only those two ingredients and organic. Its helped a lot with joint problems I have.

  3. Yes to another video. This was super helpful. My kids eat mango all the time and I always stressed they weren’t absorbing all the vitamins without the fat. Love this video!

  4. I would love to see another of these! Also wondering if you could either maybe do an amazing food series or just some kind of video a bit more on sulphurofane (I know I butchered the spelling haha!) and also talk some about broccoli sprouts?! They're such an amazing source of this nutrient!!

  5. I came along your channel just a few days ago and I've been binge-watching your videos! I went vegan about a year ago, but still feel like I've got so much more to learn. So ready for part 2!

  6. Hi Derek. New to your channel. As a arthritis sufferer, I know about the turmeric black pepper thing, the putting mushrooms in the sun is a new one for me. Will try this when we next get sun, here in the Highlands lol. Will check out more of your videos πŸ™‚
