  1. I was going to ask, because I do work out first thing in the morning and you did mention in this video that you use the balm after working out. If I were to take the tincture in the morning would it be best to do so before or after my workout. I don't want to feel sluggish or too relaxed while i'm working out. In general I work out for about 30 to 45 mins.
