  1. Thanks for speaking English makes a lot of sense I am so sick and tired of hearing other people talk on this but they don't speak English

  2. What a powerful and moving story. Thank you so much for sharing it. You articulate so beautifully the benefits of ice baths, which I struggle with making myself do. But what you said about them speaks to me, and this will help. I'm grateful that you have gotten to this point of managing your pain with these natural techniques alone. That is so powerful! Thank you for your service, and for sharing your story.

  3. It’s been a month I’ve done the breathing everything multiple times a day cold shower only and I’ve done a few I’ve baths and I haven’t been able to get rid of the anxiety

  4. Anyone else got positive results with anxiety disorders?

I thought going into fight or flight mode whilst having anxiety was really bad. Isn't this what the wim hoff method was?

  5. I am a gymnastic teacher and when it is getting colder my body starts aching and I started feeling depressed about it, because I have to teach many classes. 2 weeks ago I found the Wim Hof method and after 1 week I felt so strong and happy again. Greetings from Germany! 😊💪💚

  7. That's a hell of a testimonial right there🤙😎🤙. For sure I'm hooked on this stuff now after doing just the breathing one day, then 2 days, and tomorrow will be 3, etc.

This stuff works and his energy and outlook and mindset is contagious no doubt.

  8. Thank you for all you've done for our country, and this is so encouraging to hear about how you've improved with your physical and mental pain using the Wim Hof Method. It was so meant for you. I've been doing it every day as my form of meditation. If I try regular meditation my mind wanders too much.

  9. I think I found it. Found our truth.

Our most fundamental need is the need to live.

But the need comes from the fear of not having it, from the fear of death.

Get rid of your fear of death and then the need to live just becomes

    Life

    Then comes love.

Which is the need to live among others.

The need comes from the fear of being abandoned, of being alone.

Embrace the fact that you will die alone.

Even if loved ones hold your hands while you die, eventually, you won't be able to see them.

You won't be able to feel the warmth of their hands.

The last thing you will feel is

    Love

    The only one, our love

  10. You've taken a lot upon you, writing those condolences letters, Brad Carson. On top of everything else, you've experienced. When mental – and emotional stress is overwhelming, our wiser part often decides to throw in a trigger. Be it a physical accident or an emotional shock. That's supposed to be taken as a wake-up call. I've seen many people in my life walking right into quagmires, stopped in their tracks, ignoring their sense of well being and boundaries.
