Weed Is A Distraction From Your Problems – Day 11 Not Smoking Marijuana

  1. Your problems will still be there. You could go out screaming in a car crash tomorrow morning, I respect what you’re doing because it takes some strength to break the habit but for me I am done demonizing and feeling bad for doing something fun.

  2. So interesting following your progress. "It's better to feel that upset, than not experiencing anything at all", because it allows you to learn from it and fix things… so true. And it's interesting to see you realise that the smoking creeps back at certain situations, that quitting was easy but that the difficulty is staying away when problems, anxiety and stress occurs.
