well you have your plants next to the flowers and the butterflys like both and they lay eggs in them.
If you don’t want to trellis them than pick up a few packs of plant yo-yos. They can be found on Amazon or eBay. If any branches start falling over just hook the yo-yo to the cage and the hook to the branch.

Got my babies under a canopy but I might need to invest in a greenhouse. Cutting out caterpillar damage and bud rot here and there. We'll get there, though. Good luck, man.
Nice ladies!!! Those caterpillars are MFs!!! I grow in a "screen house" outdoors designed specifically to protect the ladies from caterpillars. It's constructed from PVC and insect screen. Because it has open air flow there are no temp or humidity issues associated with green houses. When it rains I cover it with plastic.
