CNN’s award-winning chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta, a chief neurosurgeon, puts medical marijuana under the microscope. This is the long …

  1. Say No to rescheduling into schedule 2. Defend patients and growers rights against Big Oil/Pharma symptom industries.
If cannabis is rescheduled it must be to 100% legal, not moved to 'lower' control. That lower control threatens to remove all rights from growers and destroy industry and product by handing it to the Petrochemical creeps.

  2. …quit daily Cannabis recreational use for 25 years and then got MS…now have quit multiple times to pass pre-employment drug tests without any withdrawal symptoms. Sucks to have to go months without the medicine that helps my neuropathy pain.

  3. Sounds like every factory/warehouse employee as in you are only as valuable as your ability to produce. When your body has to function consistently at a high level of functionality the only choices are nsaids, steroids and opioids. Hopefully soon employers and more importantly the feds who we pay to protect us…lol…. wake up and give us full access with no retribution to this healing plant

  4. I live in Texas and I have to worry about losing my job everyday cannabis kills my pain I can work hard I can be a better dad and better husband cannabis kills my depression my muscle pain its giving me quality of life I dont to it befor work I dont do it and drive

  5. Pot extended my father's life. didn't like it for the stigma ,lies, from the system. Question: How does it help Depression? which kind Major or Bipolar? Anyone who abused pot and got sick or uncomfortable didn't use it with common sense. Edibles small portions recommended by packaging and common sense. My father got his appetite back after Chemotherapy. He had pancreatic cancer. How does The SSA feel about those who are on disability checks? I haven't heard a reporter say anything on that? What about Anxiety? I feel it isn't a gateway drug only peoples minds who expect a drug to get them the bigger high. Try a natural one!I am a hypersomniac and CBD works . Please America more research it could help America's economy. Please put my questions inyour next documentary. I cited them for school.

  6. The biggest threat to this country is the government not marijuana telling us the opioids are better thanAnd all the crap prescription drugs is a better option is totally ludicrous they need to drain the swamp of all those idiots in Congress

  7. Well, I am going to join this yes list. From my own experience to watching this show Weed4 with Sanjay Gupta, it is even more important to vote yes to cannabis. I am afraid how the FDA will mess with it if given the chance but this plant has helped millions of people in severe pain, stops opioid addictions, allows people to live their lives and even more important, as they say in the show, is that it saves lives. A very powerful and easy to use medication. Talk to your doctor about cannabis and see what it might do for you. Stay alive and share your story here, please.

  8. Marijuana is the only safe & healthy thing to do. Even more than legal prescription pills. The only side effects are happy hungry sleepy(not always in that order tho). It can help with depression, bi polar, insomnia, anxiety & panic attacks, seizures, epilepsy, & many types of physical pain, not to mention the positive feedback on recent studies with types of cancer & leukemia too. & technically marijuana is not a drug..drugs are manmade chemicals, marijuana is a plant. But if some really do consider it a drug..alright, but its not a dangerous one & its not a gateway to shit if you're smart about it. It can be mentally addictive like a lot of shit thats legal, but not if you're smart about it. A lot of shit thats legal can be a gateway drug. Alcohol is as bad as crack/cocaine & meth & heroine is, & tobacco/nicotine is bad for health too people die from all that shit in one way or another every day. It really is just a plant yet its still mostly illegal, while shit you CAN die from is still legal..thats fucked up. Personally im not against smoking weed for medical purposes, as long as its not near kids, & the smoker is at least 18 or 21..i think thats reasonable enough. I hope its legalized, or at least very DEcriminalized soon.☮💚

  9. This was a fascinating video. However, at the very end is a window covering up what was written about the NFL player . It would be nice if I could close it out and find out how it went for him. So thanks for putting it right in the way.

  10. Ok, so can we all agree that Jeff session has to go. As well as any other fool with dinosaur logic and repressed fear. We need someone with a spine and someone a little younger, less indoctrinated by failed ways of the past. Sessions grew up in a time where civil right were atrocious, embarrassing environmental policies existed, and excessive ignorance thrived under the reign of unquestioned policy makers. This is a revolution of consciousness! Time to take it back.

  11. The beginning of the "opioid crisis" happened way back in 50's and 60's with the prescribing of "pregnancy drugs" to women to mitigate the symptoms of pregnancy. Also the false statement by the government of "the placenta protects the baby from harmful substances while in the womb", which we all know was and is complete and utter bs. So, voila! You have an entire generation with their addictions centers fired up from drug use of their mothers; mine being one of them. Thanks US Gov, YOU created the addiction crisis within the US.

  12. you can legally use alcohol, cigs and easy to obtain prescription pills that kill many everyday – but you cannot use this Plant that has never killed anyone and helps all that use it – but it has to stay illegal because science cannot see its usefulness – are we all really that daft as well …….

  13. Yesterday South Africa's constitutional court upheld the right of adult South Africans to grow and use cannabis in the privacy of their homes and property It is time that we as South Africans, covetous of our reputation for being a nurturing and compassionate society, take ownership of the fact that our Dagga laws have not served millions of ordinary good South Africans well over a long period of time. It is a celebration that our rich tradition of rule of law has spawned an independent judiciary able to see the unconstitutional, arbitrary discrimination against people resulting from prohibition which is no less obscene because it is about personal bodily sovereignty than it was when it was about race. Other than the fact that you can stop smoking pot but could never stop being black, we should recognize that is actually at a certain level more sinister and obscene precisely because using cannabis is a choice. It is clearly a direct extension of the right to live, that bodily sovereignty must include the right not to be subjected to involuntary, coercive protection from any law when nobody else is a victim as a consequence of such exercise of our bodily sovereignty. It is time for Americans to take ownership of the toxic and subversive alien, Trojan entity which is emasculating their democratic government of the people in the name of a sinister fascist force, masquerading as nurturing as protective, while it rides the back of the whore media it has unleashed on an unsuspecting public, all to protect frightened little ignorant bigoted people like Geoff Sessions and Donald Trump And their comrades in the Phillipines who thinks arbitrary shooting of Cannabis smokers is a sane thing to do.
