I have MES; which is a form of tinnitus that is musical. Sounds weird. I agree, but it is very annoying. I never know what I’m going to hear, and the same tune will last for hours and hours unless I turn on some music or attempt to change the song by singing a different song. I had a virus that left me with only 12% hearing in my left ear and reduced 75% in my right ear. I had to get hearing aids. My hearing aids have a masking device that adds soft sounds, like waves breaking on the shore. I take Charlotte’s Web original formula oil for chronic pain. I see how it works for anxiety, as it makes me more relaxed. I don’t see it making any change in my MES; except that the voices singing are not as loud. By evening the MES is very disturbing, and loud. My hearing aids do not compensate for this time of the day. Can’t say about that CBD, but I’ve tried like 1 small bud (less than 1 gram) of bluehell vaporized and it does a great difference (is not a cure, anyway). I could sleep all night long and woke up relaxed almost not hearing the ringing (very very soft).
Unfortunately I guess not everything works for everyone

It helped with Chiari Malformation type dizziness after 2 weeks. I have not had the this type dizziness for 3 months.
