Hey mr sonko,we can actualy make nairobi the cleanest city in africa,kwanza tegeneza broken pevment all around cbd n let the owners of the tall buldings like in upper hill adopt the round abouts and make it a law for everybody to plant flowers a meters out of their compounds ,give then a responsibility to clean the same area around then & lastly informal settlement i.e places like embakasi n eastland as a whole make it compulsory for every gorofa to have at least one external cleaner who will clean 2meters around each bulding and moving foward they will clean their estate feeder roads too .this will b paid at 100 shillings montly multiply by the number of tenunts in a bulding,smaller buldings can be merged and it will reduce also unemployment in the city,let city council concentrate on the cbd day n night plus highway cleaning. Pls @africantraveller or any consern citizen forward this to the governor.#makenairobi clean again
