You failed to mention how everytime you fill it up, it does not heat up. I don’t know how I got it to work last time but this is a rip off . It won’t heat up.
I new to vaping. I just got mine and I'm having trouble. When I plugged it in it flashed the blue light 20 times then went off. I figured that meant that it was charged because thats what the instructions said it would do. I filled the cartridge and put it into the mod. Then I pushed the button 5x and a purple light flashed. But when I push the button it won't work and their is no sound. Does that mean theres a problem with the coil? Or am i missing something?
I charged mine for the 4 hours and it will not work. I tried resetting already but that has not helped. It turns on and everything but the coils won't heat up at all. Any ideas on what is wrong or do I need to get ahold of them and ask for a refund/replacement? I am honestly really disappointed I waited almost 3 weeks for my order and I payed for expedited shipping just to get a possibility broken product.
Help! Mine seems to be broken. I haven't even finished my first bottle of juice yet. When the cartridge isn't in the vape it lights blue. As soon as I put it in it lights red and you can hear it skipping when burning.

I got my kit- i clicked 5x to turn it on; the color of purple blinks I think 5x what does that mean? I tried the strawberry milk and it taste burnt? :/

I have two questions: do you have to push the button in while simultaneously inhaling? do you have to remove the vape juice cartridge before charging?

How long, roughly, should 1ml of juice last you? And how often would you say to take a hit through the day?

Mine wasnt working but I figure it out…the mouth piece has to be screwed on tightly or it won’t connect or fire.

Mouthpiece won’t come off, ordered from the cbdfx store

The blue light will go off a couple of seconds after i plug the charger in, is the product still charging while the light is off?

How do coils work with this system? Think mine might have burnt out.
I have 1 put mine does not click with the magnet. It sits loose.
