You’re supposed to pull all the spotted leaves. Leaf Septoria is a fungus that only affects the leaves of the plant. Your flower will be fine but if the fungus takes over too fast it’ll spread to all the leaves eventually killing the plant. Make sure you dispose of them correctly also, it can’t go into your compost pile.
