As the old adage goes 'correlation does not mean causation'. For example another plausible reason crime rates may have increased could have been that legal dispensaries cannot use Federal backed banks (federally still illegal) so they operate with Cash. Cash businesses are more susceptible to robbery. This is an example of a possible explanation. There could numerous other reasons that are completely unrelated to legalization of Marijuana.

I believe that pregant woman, people under 18 and car drivers shouldnt smoke it, but if someone wants to chill out and some some weed or make a weed business i believe they can do that.

Since I've started using medical cannabis I've been able to reconnect with my family, hold down a job long enough to save up and start my own business. And all the while I slowly grow closer than ever to God. Its disillusionment to think marijuana is evil.

Much like alcohol marijuana is fine in moderation but much much less damaging even, there's never been a death from cannabis ever. Furthermore if you legalize and regulate it like alchohol there's no chance it will be laced by some cartel because it wont be obtained illegaly. The amount of cannabis it would take to overdose would be something close to a few tons and you would have to somehow ingest or inhale that few tons within a few hours.
Every contention in this video can be equally applied to alcohol bar #7 and #9. The only argument you need against marijuana legalization is the cultural argument: "we ought to criminalize marijuana use because marijuana use would degrade our cultural values."
The crime that went up once a place legalized it is due to people coming there so they can get high and they are the ones that are increasing the crime.. Truth is. If it was legal all over, you wouldn't have people that want to get high so bad that they move to a legal state and they would just stay where they are, committing the crimes they were already doing. It was not the weed that caused them to do crimes.. It was pot smoking people who also do harder drugs as well as drinking etc.. It isn't the pot use that caused them to do whatever crimes they were doing. They are just idiots to begin with that use weed and alcohol and do stupid things.
