  1. Really – this is what's hot? Locally sourced? You mean Farm to Table? You mean the same stuff that's been done for almost 20 years now? Vegetable forward cuisine? You mean the same sort of thinking that most chef's do – start with the veggies and pair the meat? And how much did Impossible or Beyond pay for your advertising?
