  2. I take a heavy dose of B12 because I don’t eat much beef.
It is excellent for the nerves and depression.

  3. Wish you were my doctor. I got a good bill of health today but my A1C was 7.8 Well, this was better than last time I was checked which was over 8. My mood was not good today because they wanted me to wear a mask yet I already have had Covid-19. I’m well but so irritated by the stupidity of health care. The doctor took blood to test for the virus but he saw me when I had Covid and said that I had it.

  4. I have been feeling really foggy headed dizzy and off no energy at all and I had a test done a while back and the doctor said to start taking a vitamin b12 because it was low and I just started taking it seriously because the symptoms have gotten worse. so the pharmacist recommended I start taking the vitamin b12 1000 mcg to help my symptoms to go away but he said once a day is that too much or how do I take this I have took one of them already just a while ago my first dose and I’m not sure how I should take it I take medications as well so I’m scared to take anything but I believe this may help do u have any suggestions on how much to actually take a day with meds I take ? And I have the 1000 mcg tablets as I mentioned thanks again for the advise..

  5. Good job explaining this. I have many of these symptoms (tingling in the feet, balance, tinnitus, low energy). Going to up my intake of B-12.

  6. I found that eating Sardines lately have been helping my Tinnitus, I can't find any proof for this online, it's not cured but my first week has really seen a difference in the aggression.

  7. My symptoms came on very slowly. First noticed fatigue and pain all over. Then there was dizziness. Then it got to the point I couldn’t get out of bed for long periods of time. I had difficulty speaking, concentrating, memory issues. I had left sided facial neuropathy and ended up in ER with an MRI to my head checking me for stroke,MS, etc. Was negative. Then found out my b-12 was critically low. Started me with b-12 injections daily. Now 4 years later I still have to take vitamin b-12 injections weekly. Back then I had no idea what was wrong with me. I was scared thought I had some horrible disease and was dying. NEVER would have thought it was a vitamin deficiency! I was only 34 yo when diagnosed.

  8. Dr. Berry, can you have low B-12 even if you eat Keto? Meat, cheese, eggs etc.? Maybe being on OMAD just doesn't give you enough in your diet? I know this video is old,…..but the question is important.

  9. Anyone tried the Erectodom Secrets (do a google search)? We've heard many amazing things about this popular erectile dysfunction treatment.

  10. What a great post! I actually live with all these symptoms and have b12 injections as my body doesn't absorb b12 from my diet.

  11. I always feel nausea and reflux and I feel all the time like I want to vomit
I did a blood test and it show i have b12 deficiency…Is b12 deficiency causing my problems? Is it related to nausea and digestive problems?

  12. You don't need to eat animals for B12. The doctor here is misleading when he said he'd prefer people to get it "naturally" rather than a supplement. Animals are routinely given B12 supplements in their feed and via injections. No animal produces B12 – it comes from bacteria. Humans and other animals used to get B12 from eating bacteria-rich foods and water. Now that water is processed, we don't get sick from cholera and other infections, but we do miss out on the bacteria that used to give us B12.

  13. My PCP diagnosed a moderate B-12 deficiency thru blood work and with a relation to slight anemia she found. Prescribed a tongue dissolvable cherry flavored B-12 supplement. Was to be 3 days week, but to keep it everyday i cut them in half – i/2 each day. Levels corrected.

  14. Does anybody know why I'm suffering all these symptoms but I have high b12 in my blood but low cobalt in hair analysis? I also have low stomach acid and candida and sibo

  15. B12 is serious!

About 7 years ago I had some strange things happening. My hands were numb (not all the time but more often). I kept forgetting simple things, I would think of something and it would take a while for the signal to make the rounds if that makes sense, it got to be a thick fog. Then I started to call things by the wrong name and my balance was off when I went around a corner or turned. I didn't put these things together because I wasn't thinking clearly. But by the final day I could not get through a sentence without getting words wrong, was feeling waves of heat in my upper back and then as I drove home from work I felt pressure in my arm (this scared the shit out of me) so I drove straight to emergency. They hooked me up to every machine, because they weren't sure what it was so they were covering every base. They found that I was dangerously low B12. They admitted me (for 3 days) and I had x rays, vein scans, a ct scan and mri. To rule out a heart attach or blockage (they did not find any blockage). The brain scan showed a dark area of my brain which they thought was from the B12 (yep lack of B12 can damage your brain) but because numbness and balance are also a symptom of MS they also did a spinal tap which was clear. It took about 2 weeks after that to feel like I was back to my normal self. I now take daily B12 under my doctors direction.

  16. I've brought up my symptoms to my PCP and it was sort of disregarded. I'm highly susceptible to both strep and viruses. So I've had a sore throat multiple times during the year. Prior to that, I've been healthy with being sick as a rare occurrence. The only symptom I don't experience is pallor but everything else to a tea. One year, I lost 20 lbs, my appetite, and stomach issues galore. I was constantly tired and never had energy to do anything. I frequently get tingling in my chest and heart palpitations. I'm anemic. I keep getting some type of new infection. It takes forever for my body to recover from exercise. Headaches, stomachaches, ringing in the ears, shortness of breath, extremely forgetful and people get mad at me for it like I'm doing it on purpose…the list goes on. This all makes sense now. I'm lactose intolerant, seafood makes me sick, and I can only consume a small portion of meat. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a huge impact. I'm hoping the supplements remedy the issue and something like an intramuscular injection.

  17. My mother used to say she had ringing in her ear but her f'n doctor gave her depression medications that put her to sleep. So based on this, she was probably b12 deficient.

  18. Doctors don’t pay attention to nutrition anymore. They don’t care. They just want to give you pills and mask things. 🥺 😔

  19. Dr. Berry, is Bells Palsy caused by a lack of Vit. B12 ? Can you give a video on Bella Palsy symptoms and causes please. Thanks!

  20. I have the classic signs of B12 deficiency listed in this video but when I went for a blood test it was normal. How accurate are the blood tests?
