My pen doesn't stay charged for long. Is this due to removing it as soon as the charging light turns green? Should I let it charge longer even if its green?
I've purchased one and it worked for a while but now Everytime I put a cartridge on it it blinks 10 times what's that mean and can I fix it or do I need a new battery?
